Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable process including invoicing and cash collection for our corporate clients.
• Assist in the reconciliation of company's account and preparation of company's management accounts.
• Ensure monthly payroll has been executed before the 25th of the month.
• Assist in developing the reporting processes, procedures and internal controls for maintaining the efficient flow of all financial transactions.
• Ensure general investor update and other finance reporting are done regularly and at request from investors or management company.
• Supervise the execution of budgeting and expense processing.
• Complete other special projects for other departments in company as regards data collection and interpretation.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related discipline is suitable.

Desirable, not required

• Understanding of accounting software like Xero or Sage.
• Previous internship in an accounting based start-up.
