Scheduling Engineer at Energi Talent Resourcing

Purpose of role

The prospective candidate will be responsible for schedule development, progress Monitoring and management coordination for projects.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop an executable project plan based on reference schedule and comply with contract schedule.
• Review and integrate feedback from technical leads into the project schedule.
• Update the project schedule while identifying critical and sub-critical activity sequences on planned progress against actual progress.
• Prepare progress reports and develop mitigations measures with the team and Consortium partner on project status.
• Work according to contract management requirements to document and archive daily progress  
• Perform scheduling analysis for crucial events and report solutions to project team and Lead Scheduler

 Experience and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering or its equivalent
• An excellent knowledge and application of the Critical Path Method and Primavera P6 in project planning
• Be systematic and organized in collecting information and developing the logical sequence
• Very good communication and proactive skills
• Ability to work in international teams and acting as team player
