Job Specification (Experience & Training)
Academic and Professional:

• First Degree in Business Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 Years’ Experience.

Competencies Required:

• Knowledge of techniques of planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
• Proven track record of management experience within an Operational Fleet environment.
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Expert knowledge of Motor vehicle legislation.

• Ability to develop, influence and implement systems and procedures to ensure that large Regional areas are well managed.
• Possess excellent territory and road network knowledge.
• Proactive and swift response to duty
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project management techniques.
• Proven track record of successful management of technical, administrative and manual staff; including the ability to lead, develop, motivate and manage teams.
