Production Manager at Kimberly-Clark

Main Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the produclion process, drawing up a production schedule; 
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective; 
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; 
• Working out the human and material resources needed; 
• Estimating costs and setting the qualily standards; 
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; 
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment; 
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes; 
• Liaising among different departments, e.g. Quality, Engineering 
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed 
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers 
• Coaching team members

Qualification 

• Minimum of a B.Sc.lHND in either electrical, mechanical engineering or operations management. 
• Minimum of 10 years experience on high speed manufacturing equipment of which at least 5 years must be at a Managerial level. 
• Previous knowledge of Diaper machines will be a clear advantage.
