Learning & Development Practitioner at Kimberly-Clark

Main Responsibilities 

• Provide a dedicated one stop learning and development service to respective department/so 
• Facilitate and assist with the CDR process for operational employees. 
• Conduct a GAP analysis based on CDR outcome. fulfilling Learning and development needs. 
• Developing and updating learning material and ensure all documentation are in line with the current best practice 
• Conduct competency assessments of existing operational employees on a bi-annual basis.

• Good planning, organising, leading and controlling skills. 
• High standard of facilitation, training and presentation skills 
• Leadership and mentoring skills 

Qualification 

• BSc/HND in Science or Engineering 
• 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry 
• Membership of NITAD will be an added advantage
