Qualifications
Academic Credentials:
- A minimum of First Degree or its equivalents in any discipline (additional qualification or Degree in any finance or Business related discipline may be an advantage).
Work Experience:
- A minimum of eight years post qualification experience out of which at least five must be in financial institutions and at least three years at senior management level.
- Certificate in Micro Finance Banking issued by Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) will be an added advantage.
- Readiness to reside within the Local Government Area where the Micro Finance Bank of Interest is located
