Job Description
Customer Service
- 0-1 year relevant experience
- Minimum of 2^nd class upper degree in any social science course.
Call Centre Agent
- 0 – 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in any Nigerian Language.
- Minimum of 2^nd class upper degree in any social science course.
Desired Qualities
- Excellent communication - Good command of written and verbal English. Candidate should demonstrate ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally.
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages.
- Good presentation skills.
- Well mannered and cultured.
- Within the age of 19 - 28 years.
- A 2nd degree (MSc, MBA) is an added addvantage.
