Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Assisting in, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS).
- Identifying requirement for quality assurance and quality control.
- Reviewing and provide inputs into tenders and contracts.
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of inspections test plan.
- Receives and collates inspections records from inspectors at work locations taking appropriate actions based on information received.
- Ensuring proper documentation of all quality records.
- Observing if (project) activities are performed in accordance with quality requirements.
- Routine inspection for fabrication, installation and reporting on control activities.
- Promoting of quality policy.
- Quality surveillance of subcontractors and supplier’s inspection and test and activities.
- Identification and reporting of quality area of concern to project QA Manager.
- Reporting of project quality performance.
- Analysis of Quality Trends.
- Documentation of Finals As-Build Documentations as per CLIENT requirements.
- Reporting and monitoring of welders and welding operators.
- Proposing and Stimulating optimization and improvements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Additional qualifications from a professional body are desirable.
- Affiliation/member with nationally recognized professional body; if applicable
- Degree/Qualification in related course or other equivalent experience, plus minimum of 7years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas (Construction, Engineering, Offshore sectors etc.) or relevant sectors
