Management Accountant at St Saviour's School

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing bank reconciliations, vendor and customer reconciliations
• Supporting with external and internal audit, including preparing audit schedules and anchoring both external and internal audits.
• Supporting payroll and pension matters, including preparing related schedules and returns; processing remittances and distributing related advices
• Supporting with miscellaneous tax matters and compliance, including preparing returns for all statutory taxes, processing payments and distributing related advices
• In the absence of the Accounts Officer, supporting with Payable and Receivables processing

Skills Requirements:

• Good Interpersonal skills and people management
• Ability to properly strategize to achieve results and work with minimal supervision .
• Strong analytical and commercial reporting skill
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and accounting applications
• Strong verbal and written communication

Educational/Professional Qualification and Experience

• Professional Accounting Qualification and Membership (ACA or ACCA)
• Professional Accounting Qualification and Membership (ACA or ACCA)
• Professional Accounting Qualification and Membership (ACA or ACCA)
• First degree with minimum of 2nd Class Upper in Accounting or Finance
• Maximum of 5 years post qualification experience in a reputable organization
• Experience in the educational institutions or related services will be an added advantage
• Age bracket: 30 - 35 years First degree with minimum of 2nd Class Upper in Accounting or Finance
