To be part of the driving force of Swift’s business performance in the FTTx Unit, accountable for sales,market share, brand awareness and new product development
Key Output
Scoping, design and sales of FTTx solutions
Manage relationships within and outside the business to position the company as a partner of choice
Develop and deliver new business opportunities among assigned FTTx segments
Expand business with existing accounts
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
Increase sales volume, conversant with changing trends, conduct market research and develop field sales action plans
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Implement sales plans and supervise/coach sales staff
Develop and follow up on business leads
Maintain contact with agents etc
Carry out other assigned responsibilities by the head of unit
