Qualification , Experience, Skills and Competencies

• A minimum of OND or its equivalent in any discipline.
• Ex-police /Armed forces personnel; minimum of inspector or its equivalent in the army, would be preferable
• Must be mentally and physically fit to handle challenges and responsibilities. Mature personality with strong people management skills
• Good understanding of the operations of an educational institution
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of security systems and management
• Good investigation skills and hands-on approach to solving problems
• Appreciation of access control administration
• Ability to multi-task effectively, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and communication skills
• High integrity and ethical standards
• High sense of responsibility and accountability
• Good appreciation and working knowledge of MS Office productivity tools
