Deputy Facilities Manager (Mechanical Operations) at Atlantic Hall Schools

Qualification , Experience, Skills and Competencies

• A minimum of HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a reputable institution
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in the same capacity in facilities maintenance operations
• Very good knowledge of leading practices in predictive/preventive and corrective maintenance strategies especially as it relates to a school facilities management and maintenance services
• In-depth knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
• Ability to multi-task effectively, good analytical and problem solving skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills
• High integrity and ethical standards
