Materials Planning Manager at Best Search Recruitment

Job Description

• Monthly/Forth-nightly material planning with Plant Manager.
• Interact with overseas suppliers to obtain timely PFI's based on plan.
• Instruct Sig team to process it further between corporate office & Nigeria for all different items/shipments.
• Following-up local supplies for different cartons/sleeves/chemicals/Sugar etc.
• Follow-up of Form M before shipment and shipment tracking.
• Managing RM, PM and FG stores routine for the factory with local team.
• Timely Stock reconciliation and enforcing FIFO.
• Track the monthly landed cost of imported materials /track on local items.
• Resolve different SAP related issues; many times we have issues in item code/PO/GRN etc.
• Space management within warehouses.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a graduate with between 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Charted accountant with relevant experience can also be considered.
• Should possess good communication & analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Result oriented.
• Target driven.
