Retail Sales Associate at Ruff n Tumble

BACKGROUND:

The retail store associate or lead would be responsible for the in store customer experience that would lead to increased sales, customer delight and retention. Gathering of market intelligence of geographical area to promote marketing and drive sales.
Manage the retail store to maximize profit and also manage and develop the team members that are direct reports.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:

BSC, HND

AGE AND LANGUAGE:

21-32 and Fluency in English and any other Nigerian language

EXPERIENCE:

At least 2 years retail experience in a reputable organization (fashion organisation would be an added advantage)

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Youthful, vibrant, confident look with the capacity to smile and engage people

KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of upselling and cross selling
• Basic knowledge and use of computer and Mircosoft applications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong leadership and team playing  skills is crucial to the role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
• Good organisation or merchandising skills
• Good selling  and customer service skills
• Able to persuade, influence and educate customers on products and services
