Job Description

• Assist and/or conduct quality control reviews at client project sites.
• Verify and maintain quality control records.
• Support personnel to assure effective and competent performance of quality function.
• Participate in the review of all project design, implementation and test documentation to assure conformance to quality control standards. This can include review of drawings, specification sheets, application procedures, testing and inspection standards, vendor inspections and customer contract specifications.
• Carry out assigned work projects; Conversant with relevant work techniques and legislation.
• Attend scheduled meetings i.e. safety orientations and meetings; team briefing meetings. and assures that established policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare and write of project reports.
• Authorize rework, scrap or return to vendor decisions; consults and reviews with QA/QC Team as necessary.

Job Qualifications

• A good University Degree in related field.
• Wide knowledge and vast experience in blasting, coating and spraying particularly in offshore activities.
• At least 10years offshore experience is desirable. QAQC related experience.
• Valid BOSIET or HUET Offshore Certification.
• Full UKOOA Medical.
• Committed to delivering a timely and professional service to clients.
• NACE certification.
• Rope access certification (IF REQUIRED).
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good housekeeping standards.
• Strong safety skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good reporting and business writing skills.
