    2024 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program

    Job Summary

    We are seeking ambitious and talented graduates to join our Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program. This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Graduate Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to help you grow professionally while contributing to real projects within the company. You will rotate through various departments, work closely with experienced mentors, and develop a deep understanding of the business operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

    Job Details

    • Assist the Line Manager to make organizational improvements and implement required changes.
    • Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager in achieving agreed team targets.
    • Always abreast with Company policies, processes, and procedures including health and safety and ensure implementation and full compliance.
    • Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the department and/or organization to the Line Manager.
    • Be part of special projects as are reasonably required of the job role from time to time.
    • Ensure full compliance with QHSSE procedures and processes.
    • Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
    • Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
    • Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
    • Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
    • Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
    • Bringing positive energy into the company and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
    • Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
    • Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
    • Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • 0 – 2 year work experience
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • Not older than 28 years
    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in ENGINEERING and Social Sciences
    • Master is an additional advantage
