Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years experience supporting senior level management
• College degree preferred
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (including Outlook, Word and Excel). A Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with strong follow-through skills
• Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
• Flexibility to juggle high degree of multiple and changing priorities, strong ability to multi-task required.
• Resourcefulness (especially online) in executing projects)
• Collaborative team-work attitude and skills is a must
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Exposure to office management tasks preferred
