Accountant

Job description
As the Accountant he/she will be responsible for maintaining Accounting books, records and entries. The Accountant reports to the Finance Director.

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain the accounting books and records - accounting entries
- Customer and supplier balances reconciliation and proposal of payment schedule
- Perform other auxiliary tasks depending on department needs such as:
  
  Expense Reports
  
  Issue invoices
  
  Bank Reconciliations
  
  Participation in the monthly reporting process
  
  Filing documents
  
  Other reports requested by the CFO
  
  Prepare Tax forms for payment and taking care for all the payments
  
  Prepare the monthly salary for the company employee and the tax computation.
  
  Any other request by the CFO.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting Department
- Excellent use of MS Office, especially in using advanced Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of IFRS would be a definite plus

- Logical and analytical thinking skills
- Patience
- Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
