BUSINESS ANALYST at Soft Alliance & Resources Limited

Responsibilities:

•     Generating technical and functional requirements analysis
•     Recognizing business problems and growth opportunities
•     Identify new product opportunities and trends
•     Supporting development and testing to the process improvements
•     Analyze and make recommendations for business process improvement, process mapping and process design
•     Conceptualize and recommend strategies to improve operational performance and
• management processes
•     Conduct research and end-to-end analysis
•     Hold workshops with IT Teams, business stakeholders and third parties
•     Coordinate and implement change management processes

Requirements:

•     At least 2-5 years' experience in providing business analysis in an IT/commercial/retail environment
•     Experience working with Human Capital, Supply Chain and Financial Management Solutions,
•     Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
•     Very strong in communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
