Summary

• Software developer (programmers) would be the brain behind the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems.
• Aside working with codes, the incumbent would work with software and play an important part in making a business more efficient and helping to provide a better IT service in the web development firm.

Detailed Job Functions

• Web design and software development
  
• Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
• Preparation of training manuals for users
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

Qualification/Experience

• Fair education not below High school.
• Expertise in current computer hardware and software
• Ability to use one or more development language (C++, CSS, Java, PHP, HTML, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team
• Eye for details and identifying problems
• An understanding of business operations
• Analytical and commercial thinking
