Technical Presales Specialist

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 year
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Advice client on products and services tailored to meet client requirements.
- Offer technical consultancy on I.T Services
- Provide in depth TCO/TCA analysis to customers as regards I.T business requirements
- Customer relationship management, Incident Management and corporate clients’ management.
- Develop and position attractive I.T solutions to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other I.T related discipline
- Understanding of I.T Solutions including Windows Server, Office 365 and client OS
- Ability to recommend relevant hardware which exceed business requirement
- At least one year experience in a similar position.
