Technical Presales Specialist at PC Planet

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:

•     Advice client on products and services tailored to meet client requirements.
•     Offer technical consultancy on I.T Services
•     Provide in depth TCO/TCA analysis to customers as regards I.T business requirements
•     Customer relationship management, Incident Management and corporate clients’ management.
•     Develop and position attractive I.T solutions to enterprise clients

Qualifications

•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other I.T related discipline
•     Understanding of I.T Solutions including Windows Server, Office 365 and client OS
•     Ability to recommend relevant hardware which exceed business requirement
•     At least one year experience in a similar position.
