Work Pack Coordinator at Jagal Group

Purpose

• ·         The new position will consist of going down on the shop floor/yard to observe and collect data and report back to workpack department.
• ·         To continue to produce workpacks.

Key aims and objectives

• ·         To help develop Nigerdock norms that can be used to better plan future works and measure progress and productivity.
• ·         To liaise with shop floor regarding any workpack issues or queries.
• ·         To integrate collected data into future workpack for all projects.

Prime Responsibilities and Duties

• ·         To witness first had various tasks and assign a real time duration for said tasks.
• ·         To integrate collated real time data into the workpack system to perfect Nigerdock existing norms.

Other Duties:

• ·         Performs other related duties as required

Reports:

• ·         To produce a daily report containing compiled data from shop floor/yard.

Key Internal Interfaces:

• ·         Fabrication/Construction

The Person

• ·         Minimum B. Eng Certificate
• ·         Have an in depth understanding of how workpack are produced
• ·         Minimum of 2 years experience producing workpack
• ·         Have drive and strong interpersonal skills
• ·         The ability to communicate at all levels
• ·         Have a sound understanding of H&S
