Job Description
Our client, growing in the courier industry with multiple locations across Nigeria is seeking for a suitable candidate for the position of an Accounting Officer. The Accounting Officer is expected to support the Accountant in dealing with skilled and semi-skilled staff, from dispatch riders to drivers and other Administrative staff on a daily basis. Operating within the guidelines of the Company’s Policies and Procedures, the Accounting Officer is also responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounts.

Desired Qualities
The ideal candidate must possess the following:

•     Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any related course (ACA/ACCA will be an added advantage).
•     Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in courier/audit firm from structured environment.
•     Proficient in MSword, Excel and at least one accounting software.
•     Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•     Ability to work with little or no supervision.
