The Centre for Public Policy Alternatives (CPPA) is an independent, non-partisan, public policy think-tank based in Lagos, Nigeria. CPPA aims to help sub-Saharan African governments, institutions, and businesses create innovative policy solutions to development challenges.
The Organization seeks to recruit Research Fellows as soon as possible to work closely with and report to the Board of Trustees. The Research Fellow will set the research agenda for the organization and lead the research team in the crcauon. dissemination and utilization of high quality research.
The Research Fellows will be responsible for production of publications and dissemination or materials or activities on research results: research tasks to locate, review and synthesize relevant materials: preparation of research proposals: preparation of correspondence. reports and presentations: and exchange with other instituuons working. on a broad range of issues relevant to the organizarion's core focus areas.
The Research Fellows should have the following skills and experiences:

The selected candidate will ideally be expected to resume the post as soon as possible. The position will start with a three year contract with the option of renewal depending on performance.
Compensation will be set according to the experience of the candidate.
