You will be responsible to the Operations Manager for the execution of the duties and responsibilities as set out in this procedure. You will also be responsible for the provision of an effective and professional day-to-day supervision of all activities on site and ensuring customer demands and satisfaction are met and maintained consistently.You must have an experienced of delivering services in a large and complex clients focused and public organisation as well as managing significant change programmes.
