Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Nigerian / Expatriate)

Will plan, manage and supervise all the electrical, electronic and mechanical installations and maintenance activities in the plant to produce products as per budget. Will also plan and provide utilities to the other service departments.
Will effectively ensure full SHE policy compliance, maintain and monitor the accuracy of documentation of the maintenance department. 
Will investigate all types of accidents, incidents & near misses in the department, lead and motivate employees for safe behaviour.
Will monitor and control fixed and variable expenses and be responsible for departmental manpower planning and training.
Will ensure full statutory compliance under various statutes and ensure update of various certifications.
