Agrochemical Factory Manager (Nigerian /Expatriate)
Successful candidate will be responsible for running a Pesticide and Liquid fertilizer formulation plant independently and meeting all KPIs. Responsibilities will include production planning and execution, process improvement, manpower management, meeting key quality metrics, GMP, full safety, health & environmental compliance, cost effectiveness and coordination with other departments.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in SL, SC and WDG plant operations is a must.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision and MS Office will be advantages.
Education & Experience:
B.Tech./B.Eng. (Chemical / Production/ Manufacturing/ Industrial engineering) with a minimum of Second Class honours, Upper division or its equivalent from a top university.
Minimum cognate experience of 15 years in a company with leading industry position is required
