Job purpose: Through leadership and management of the outlet teams, ensure that every customer experiences exceptional personal services and that company becomes well known for service, quality and variety, whilst achieving outlets sales and profit targets and keeping costs to a minimum
Key responsibilities
* Engage with the customer to fully understand their needs and then provide the appropriate help and support to ensure a pleasurable customer experience
* Develop excellent knowledge of the full range of products and unique selling points in order to provide benefits to customers
* Carry out sales transactions correctly and efficiently
* Effectively manage after sales services
* Ensure that company’s standards are maintained across all outlets in the coverage area
* Understand and communicate to the team, daily, weekly and monthly outlets targets
* Dealing with all financial correspondence, complaints and queries
Education and Experience
* OND/B.Sc Degree in Administration or similar degree
* 1 - 3 years Sales Admin experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration
Start Salary: N50,000 per month
