    Prepares monitoring plans and defines program indicators.

Qualifications/Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Community Health, Sociology, or other relevant field, and 3+ years of professional database management experience.
    High level of computer literacy and proficiency in statistical software.
