    Area Sales Manager

    Details:

    JOB OBJECTIVE:

    • To ensure growth of the business through acquisition of new clients
    • To achieve targeted patient numbers and revenue

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • To ensure sustained growth of the business through acquisition of new clients
    • To ensure prompt invoicing and payment collection within 30 days
    • To increase revenue for the Company and achieve patient number target
    • To manage the customer SLA and ensure a customer centric culture is maintained to achieve benchmarked ratings
    • To ensure contracts/MOUs and necessary documents are signed by clients- hospitals Corporate bodies, HMOs
    • To generate new businesses for the Organization
    • To aggressively market the Company's services
    • To identify new business opportunities (franchises, PPS, mergers, acquisitions etc) and manage the Company's geographic spread
    • To organize and implement presentations that will give the needed awareness for our services in the region
    • To develop and implement targeted sales strategy
    • To develop and maintain strategic database for new clients within the region
    • To give daily, weekly, monthly reports to management
    • To manage Sales related activities and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
    • To ensure sales related activities are in accordance with SOPs

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • BSc degree in any biological Science or relevant field
    • 5-8 Years relevant work experience
    • Proven work experience as  Area Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
