Job Description
- We are hiring for the role of an Executive Assistant for the CEO of a Health Care Management Company.
Requirements
The preferred candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Professional with minimum of 5 years work experience
- Proven experience in handling and archiving of confidential materials
- Capable to provide summary report of board meetings
- Versatile and able to think independently
- Health care background desired
- Advanced MS Office and G Suite skills
- Strong research and presentation skills
- Organize travel plans
- Highly organized with good documentation and filing skills
- Social media savvy
- Self-motivated and initiative
- Advanced administration skills
- Financial numeracy.
