Guage Engineer/Sickline Assistant at Willers Solutions

Location: Port-Harcourt

Responsibilities:

• Discuss each specific job assignment’s preliminary requirements and customers’ operating requirements with Supervisor.
• Run gauges and associated downhole tools to measure and record well parameters at well-site following the standard safety procedures.
• Provides advice to support running or pulling of sub-surface devices, to assure the operators that the tubing is unobstructed down to required work depth.
• Participates actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to slick-line operators.
• Liaise with team members and Supervisor on the required equipment, tools and consumables (downhole etc.) for specific assignments. Works alongside the Supervisor in ensuring the personnel and equipment are adequately prepared.

Qualification

• B.Sc Degree in Engineering and professional certifications.
• Min of 5 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of rig systems, drilling/completion/production operations
