MUST BE RESIDENT IN ABUJA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide listings of available properties and arrange site tours.
• Profile clients and customize adequate solutions.
• Advise buyers on possible acceptable prices and get them to deal.
• Perform regular comparative market analysis.
• Ensure excellent post-sale service delivery.

SKILLS:

• Good interpersonal skills to relate with buyers from all backgrounds (a good command of spoken/written English is very key).
• Good negotiators to help buyers and sellers agree to terms.
• Good knowledge of the property market.
• Strong marketing and persuasive skills.
• Good presenters, smart and resilient.
• Strong proficiency in Ms Office Suites.
