    Network Support Engineer

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Objectives

    • Responsible for handling and managing network maintenance / support obligations with client;
    • Managing and building relationship between the company and customer while ensuring that customers’ expectations are met and exceeded in line with the company’s policies, processes, and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related course
    • Professional / Technical Certification: CCNA, CCNP or MCSE will be an added advantage.

    Skills Required:

    • Network Troubleshooting, Help-Desk / Service Desk

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years experience.
