Westfield Consulting is recruiting  a Data Analytics Manager for her Client, who operates in the Automobile Manufacturing Industries,

Position Summary; Strong focus on delivery & Data analytical skills, strong awareness of the need to maintain confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Forecasting , Capacity Planning , Scheduling, Reporting & Analytics , Real Time Management
• responsible for publishing and circulating all collection MIS related requirements like daily / monthly MIS, monthly dashboard preparation, incentive inputs submissions, staff performance calculations, collation of master data etc
• Managing database systems with the ability to write queries if required (Access / SQL).
• Publishing the Daily MIS as required.
• computing staff performance on a monthly basis for employee recognition, incentives and contest programs
• Work closely with the operations team for preparing the data and report
• Automate all input MIS and input data from systems to avoid errors / discrepancies
• Defining new data collection and analysis process strengthen Internal Controls to enhance governance framework streamline/ standardize controls and plug leakages/ potential frauds.
• Establish effective corporate MIS and tracker for KPIs
• Providing Monthly / Quarterly MIS on P&L and Balance Sheet to provide more insight for Management Analysis, including comparison against budgets.
• Set up SOPs for new areas of business/changes in a business framework to ensure necessary effective controls.
• Support to ERP developments/automation required for Business
• Involved in a formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company
• Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• Selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions
• Leading and developing a team of data analysts

Requirements:

• Incumbent should be an MBA / CA from a reputed institute.
• Exposure of 4 to 6 years in same field preferably with Automobile or manufacturing industries.
• A limited exposure to Sales will be desired.
• Extremely well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD & PowerPoint)
• Good Analytical skills
• Background in the provision of Management Information
• Practical application of numeracy skills in a business context
• Technical skill in delivering reporting solutions to meet business requirements
• Technical capability in the strategic tools

REMUNERATION:

250,000 – 400,000 (Negotiable based on experience and competencies)
