    Production Shift Supervisor

    Job Description

    • To manage the shift and all direct staff; ensure the smooth running of the production process.
    • Ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications.
    • Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders.
    • Ensure that all direct staff comply with the company's Health and Safety procedures

    Qualifications

    • Second Class Upper Degree in Chemical / Polymer Engineering
    • Must have 2-4 years experience
    • Ability to create and follow schedules
    • Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required.
