Rotating Equipment Operations and Maintenance Support Engineer at Orion Group

General Accountabilities

• Actively act as coach and trainer to site mechanical personnel.
• Carry out reviews to identify competency gaps of front-line personnel, across maintenance and operations.
• Training team members on equipment operational and maintenance requirements.
• Working directly with Asset Maintenance and Operations team in providing support in the day to day activities.

Operations:

• Deepen front-line personnel understanding of operation of turbines and compressors.
• Participation in Daily Operations meeting (when on site).
• Provide options & recommendations and troubleshoot alarms and upsets
• Support in raising notifications in CMMS (e.g. SAP).
• Promote the continuous improvement of operations monitoring.
• Defining and monitoring KPI’s.

Requirement

• Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in rotating equipment in operations and maintenance environment.
