Our low-cost “Smart Tractor” pairs its owner with hundreds of farmers, requesting and pre-paying for tractor services via SMS messages. We coordinate this pairing seamlessly through our cloud-booking platform
- Provide clerical support to the account department.
- Maintaining a proper filing system to ensure the storage and safe-guarding of accounting records and information.
- Staff advance tracking and reconciliation.
- Remittance of payroll tax liabilities to respective authorities.
- Filing of monthly VAT and WHT tax.
- Disbursement and recording of office petty cash transactions.
- Tracking of customers software renewals.
- Assist & provide external auditors with financial information required for annual audit.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with monthly inventory count.
- Updating of the fixed asset register as and when required.
- Handling communication with external agencies and vendors
- Degree in Accounting or Finance-related discipline
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
