Accounts Assistant at Hello Tractor

Main Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the account department.
• Maintaining a proper filing system to ensure the storage and safe-guarding of accounting records and information.
• Staff advance tracking and reconciliation.
• Remittance of payroll tax liabilities to respective authorities.
• Filing of monthly VAT and WHT tax.
• Disbursement and recording of office petty cash transactions.
• Tracking of customers software renewals.
• Assist & provide external auditors with financial information required for annual audit.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with monthly inventory count.
• Updating of the fixed asset register as and when required.
• Handling communication with external agencies and vendors

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance-related discipline
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
