Key Result Areas
Operations management:

• Ensure quality execution of every assigned jobs- retainership/one off that guarantee customer satisfaction
• Monitor strict adherence to SOP and standards of cleanliness and other services
• Coordinate all operations activities effectively to meet customer /company expectations

Quality assurance:

• Regular assessment of all locations /site performance

Customer relationship management:

• Regular interface with clients by visits and phone calls
• Prevent as much as possible any clients complaints and resolve issues as they arise

Materials management:

• Collect approved site materials from procurement and admin.

Operational staff management:

• Staff kitting and dressing must meet accepted company standard
• Ensure all staff meet the resumption and closing time schedule by signing off weekly on the attendance register on each site

Operational asset management:

• Equipment must be handled in a safe manner before and after usage
• Proper care and maintenance of equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of first degree or HND in any field
• Experience in a cleaning or building service related company is an advantage.
