Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Designs computer training manuals by identifying and describing information needs to company staff.
- Trains and motivates company staff to learn & use company’s new software application platform.
- Ability to access, appreciate software applications & learn them easily
- Ability to assess the training requirement of the trainees and prepare helpful course and teaching material in tune with the company’s specifications.
- Ability to install software and hardware upgrades and must be up to speed with the latest software and related developments in the field.
- Must be a captivating speaker with a flair for explaining technical concepts lucidly to operational staff.
