Job brief

We are looking to find a Fashion Retail Sales Representative to produce excellent client service and meet sales goals for our business.

Candidates with great communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You’ll facilitate and establish consumer desires, gift and answer questions on our product and services and profer solutions. A positive angle and a need to promptly resolve potential client problems or complaints can give you an edge in this role.

Ultimately, you’ll make sure that customers leave our store happy and you will contribute to the store’s profitableness.

Responsibilities

• Provide correct info (e.g. product options, evaluation, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions on specific products/services
• Ensure racks are absolutely equipped
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to produce wonderful client service (especially throughout peak times)
• Inform customers regarding discounts and special offers
• Provide client feedback to the shop Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements

• Understanding of the retail sales method
• Good selling skills
• Familiarity with client behavior principles
• Good knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Good mathematical skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast environments
• Flexibility to figure numerous shifts
• Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma certificate in relevant fields
