The Role
You shall be expected to provide both strategic and functional leadership, towards achieving the organization’s strategic vision, mission and performance objectives.

In this capacity, you will:

• Formulate and review annual and mid-term business plans, budgets and targets for Board approval in implementing strategy and objectives
• Achieve the financial objectives of the organization in accordance with the targets agreed with the Board
• Initiate, soliciting, coordinating and participating as appropriate in the bidding for jobs with corporate, government, developmental agencies and other potential clients
• Planning and ensuring efficient and effective allocation and management of resources, liaising with and co-ordinating job assignment of departmental consultancy committees and project teams
• Providing general oversight of all aspects of the quality, delivery and competitiveness of the organization’s operations
• Fostering a culture of excellence based on continuous learning and continual
• improvement anchored on a philosophy of customer focus, professionalism, honesty, integrity, and teamwork

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Between the age of 40-50 years
• A university degree with MBA/ Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a consultancy organization, at least 5 of which must have been at senior managerial level
