Responsible for the management of the overall operation team of the company’s payment service line to create an efficient, professional and forward operation team;
Familiar with the scale, development mode and characteristics of the world's major e-commerce platforms and third-party payment. According to the characteristics of products and users, we can formulate corresponding operational strategies, organize and mobilize resources to operate the operation plan, and ensure the healthy growth of various indicators;
Collaborate with the market to push the team to get performance results and provide business support solutions from the operator. Output performance appraisal plans for each business dimension, and provide operational support for the overall development direction of the push business.
Through data analysis and research, tap user needs, and be able to adjust operational strategies in a timely manner according to changes in market environment;
Responsible for improving the overall efficiency of operations, analyzing operational improvement methods, and proposing innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement in operational performance;

Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of operation and management experience; good oral English ability, English can be used as working language.
More than three years of senior management experience in the industry, familiar with the status and development trend of third-party payment, familiar with financial laws and regulations, regulatory policies and national industry and industrial policies;
Have strong organizational and coordination capabilities and adaptability, can quickly respond to various emergencies, and provide solutions in a timely manner;
Have strong data analysis capabilities, sensitive to data, good at finding problems from daily business data;
Strong anti-stress ability and teamwork spirit, strong self-driving ability, optimistic and passionate personality.
Familiar with African customs and customs, with overseas work/life experience preferred; Alipay, WeChat payment and other companies are preferred for senior operations management.
