    Account Assistant

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Performing basic accounting tasks, such as filing, data entry, and bank runs
    • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc
    • Providing support required to prepare financial reports
    • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Able to use Microsoft office suite (especially Excel spread sheet)
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional manner and strong ethical code
    • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
    • Minimum of OND in accounting, or related fields
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as account assistant or in similar role
