Professional Driver / First Responder at Rescue Technologies Limited

Job Description:

• Responsible for driving and care of the ambulance
• Ensures that the ambulance is ready and available for work at the beginning and end of every shift
• Perform daily inspections of work areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Respond to all emergency cases upon dispatch under supervision of the ALS doctor while administering advanced first aid.
• Adheres to company’s SOP in dispatching duties
• Acts always with safety of self, ALS doctor, patient, bystanders and general populace by adhering to standard health and safety procedures
• Completes all appropriate documentation and record keeping for every assignment
• Familiar with and can operate all equipment on the ambulance
• Must ensure a proper handover by signing the handover form upon completion of each shift.

Requirements

• SSCE/OND/HND
• Relevante driving experience
• Valid driver's licence
• First Aid skill/experience is an added advantage
