    NOC Engineer/Tech Support Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Fault management and troubleshooting
    • Prompt response and resolution of customer complaint
    • Fault report preparation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
    • Support and guidance to field team for fault resolution
    • Working with field/deployment team for new link deployment and installation
    • Coordination with our service provider for any issue, support and service
    • Preparation of availability report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)

    Requirements

    • Qualification: Engineering graduate (Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science)
    • Professional Certification: CCNA/CCNP
    • Relevant Experience: NOC, Fault Management, Field Operation, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support
    • Experience (no of years): 1 Year and above
