Business Development Manager at Contec Global Infotech Limited

Responsibilities

• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team members to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Handle queries and objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Client Retention.
• Business Development Planning.
• Sales Management and Research.
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Perform any other task(s) as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any reputable institution.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience.
• Address potential problems and suggest or provide prompt solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges.
• Proven sales and prospecting skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
