    School Administrator

    Our client,

     

    A Montessori school in ibadan is currently looking to hire a School Administrator in ibadan.

    Requirements:

    • Must have Hnd/Bsc in any related discipline
    • Must have Minimum of 5-7years experience
    • Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate to ibadan
    • eligible candidates should use the title of the job as the subject the the mail

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day activities of the school
    • Monitor students and teachers for progress.
    • Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff.
    • Administer record keeping.
    • Supervise teachers and other support staff.
    • Maintain rapport with parents.
    • Prepare budgets and annual reports.
    • Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards.
    • Establish performance goals and objectives.
    • Explain or answer procedural questions.
    • Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
    • Examine learning materials.
    • Review instructional objectives and adjust accordingly.
