Requirements
Candidate is expected to exude the following attributes:

• Considerable exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• A flair for communication and team collaboration.
• Experience in Software Development for Financial Services and Credit Risk is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate solution thought processes into business logic and high level code.
• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of application architecture, business logic for Backend applications, Databases, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices, UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web/Mobile Applications and programming languages .
• Previous experience with BI and Data analytics/visualization solutions is a strong advantage.
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc) is needed to be successful in this position.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce, analytics, and mainstream web applications.

Core Developer + DB Skills - for Backend Developers:

• Ruby, Python, ASP.net MVC/Core, C#, NodeJS, PHP, Mongo DB, NoSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, Linux, etc.

Web/Mobile Developer Skills - for Frontend/Fullstack Developers:

• Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (either: React, Vue, Vanilla, Angular), Flask, ASP.NET WebApi, React Native/Xamarin, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, cross-browser compatibility, Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, API's.

Other Frameworks and Scripting:

• React, Node, Lavarel, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vanilla, VueJS

Full Stack Developer Criteria:

• Must display sufficient combination of DevOps, Core and Web Development skill sets.

Analytics Tools experience:

• Power BI, Tabular, QlikView, SQL Server , Reporting Services, Power BI Embedded,

DevOps Skill:

• Bit Bucket, Git, Docker, Azure/AWS DevOps.
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), Message Brokering (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Biztalk)
• Networking, Cybersecurity principles, Iaas, Paas Architecture design.

Prototyping:

• MarvelApp/Invision

Soft Skills:

• Teamwork, Salient verbal communication, Flair for the internet.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Able to multitask
• A knack for service delivery and reporting.

Experience Required:

• Mid-Senior Level
• Experience - >4 years
• Project Portfolio - At least 5 production projects.
• Skills required - intermediate/expert level experience at least three of each skillsets listed (Web/Mobile, Backend/DB/Business Logic, DevOps, Analytics)
• Soft Skills - Ability to train and evaluate (internally and externally), hire, document and report, manage team members, coordinate project workflow with BAs and PM is absolutely mandatory.
