Shift Production Executive at BP Business Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for whole shift operations.
• Training workmen in using all the correct raw materials to minimise waste.
• Educating workmen in mixing sections on proper mixing procedures.
• Ensuring proper segregation and management of scraps.
• Ensuring safety & compliance on production floor at all times.
• Preventing breakdowns by informing maintenance if any machinery is behaving suspiciously.
• Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in a structured FMCG environment (preferably biscuits or confectionery) with a minimum of a first degree in a Science or related discipline from a recognized higher institution.
